NWEP does not host, originate, produce, encode or store any of the audio or video content delivered through the service. All content is supplied by third-party providers. We provide subscriber accounts and the delivery infrastructure that connects you to those providers.
We do not claim ownership of, or any licence in, any broadcast, channel, film, series or sporting event accessible through the service. All trademarks, channel names and logos referenced anywhere on this website belong to their respective owners, and are used only to describe compatibility or availability.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring you are entitled to access and view content in your own jurisdiction. Rules on broadcast rights differ by country and by province, and they change. If you are unsure whether you may lawfully view particular content where you live, take advice before subscribing.
You may not record, rebroadcast, redistribute, publicly perform or commercially exploit content delivered through the service. This is also set out in our terms of service, and breaching it results in termination without refund.
No warranty
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that any specific channel, event or item of content will be available at any given time, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Channel lineups change as upstream sources change, and we do not control that.
We make no guarantee of a particular uptime percentage. No internet-delivered service is uninterrupted, and a promise we cannot keep is worth nothing to you when it matters.

If you own rights in material you believe is being made available without authorisation, see our DMCA notice for how to send a complaint and what happens next. We act on properly substantiated notices.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed events or programming.
Nothing in this disclaimer limits any right you have under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation that cannot lawfully be limited.
