Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the NWEP service. By subscribing, you agree to them. Last updated .
1. What you are buying
A subscription gives you access, for the term you paid for, to the NWEP streaming service: live channels, video on demand, and an electronic programme guide, delivered over your own internet connection. You are paying for access to the service for a period of time. You are not buying hardware, a licence to redistribute, or ownership of any content.
2. Your account
Your credentials are personal to your household. You are responsible for keeping them private and for all activity that occurs under them.
Your plan includes a defined number of simultaneous streams. Setting the service up on several of your own devices is fine; what is limited is how many play at once. Sharing credentials outside your household, reselling access, or running the account commercially without a reseller agreement will result in suspension without refund.
3. Payment and term
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Payment is by Interac e-Transfer. Because no payment card is stored, nothing renews automatically: when your term ends, access ends unless you send another transfer.
Access begins when we confirm your payment and issue your credentials, and runs for the term purchased. Payments made without a matching order number may be delayed while we identify them.
4. Service availability
We work to keep the service running continuously, but no internet-delivered service is uninterrupted. Maintenance, upstream source changes, network faults and events outside our control can all cause interruption. We do not guarantee that any particular channel, event or piece of content will be available at any particular time, and channel lineups change without notice as upstream sources change.
Where a specific channel has been confirmed to you in writing before purchase, our refund policy applies if it is not available.
5. Your connection is your responsibility
The service requires sufficient bandwidth, and we cannot supply that. Buffering caused by an insufficient or congested connection, by Wi-Fi conditions in your home, or by your own ISP is not a service fault. The connection test on our homepage lets you measure this before you buy, and we ask you to do so.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to record, rebroadcast, redistribute, publicly perform or commercially exploit any content delivered through the service; not to resell or share access outside your household; not to circumvent access controls or stream limits; and not to use the service for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.
7. Content and third parties
NWEP does not host, originate, produce or control the content delivered through the service. Content is supplied by third-party providers. You are responsible for ensuring you are entitled to view the content you access in your jurisdiction. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us at help@supportiptv.ca and we will act on properly substantiated notices.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, particularly for credential sharing, resale, or attempts to circumvent stream limits. Where termination follows a breach, no refund is due. Where we terminate for any other reason, we refund the unused portion of your term.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed events or programming.
Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page, and the version in effect when you paid governs your current term.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province in which you reside.
